At The Health Hub we want our members to succeed in the pursuit of their individual fitness goals. With the help of our great team and the friendly supportive atmosphere we've strived to create, we can really see that it's working.
The gym is set up in a way that allows and encourages quality training regardless of your fitness level. Our small group exercise sessions and our aqua aerobics classes are very popular and perfect for those on a personal challenge, for those with more individual needs our personal trainers are always on hand and can advise you on lifestyle and nutrition too.
