HONEST & GENUINE
My partner and I decided we would like to update our old heating system. After receiving a quote from two other companies, we decided to go with Tristan Gas. Before the system was fitted we were impressed with the genuine and professional nature of the engineer and lack of 'sales chat' from any staff. During install, Tristan was very diligent and hard working, arrived early to start work as promised and left the house as it was found, clean and tidy. Excellent job
BOILER SERVICE
We had our Boiler serviced by Tristan Gas and can not fault this Gas Safe company. The engineer arrived on time, was professional and efficient. Office staff were nice and helpful, I was originally given a two hour window for the engineers arrival and received a text when the engineer was on his way. Prices are competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Tristan Gas were authorised by Corgi to conduct an annual service on our 15 year old Worcester Bosch boiler. Tristan arrived at the appointed time having contacted us enroute to confirm his ETA.Under the Corgi maintenace contract,we have had numerous engineers service this boiler over the years,However,none of them were as thorough,knowledgeable or proficient,as Tristan,who systematically checked the operation of the boiler in such a professional manner.He was courteous with a pleasant disposition and explained in detail the operation of the system to ensure we understood it fully.We would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone requiring an honest and efficient heating engineer.
