Selling your home or finding a new one is often an emotionally charged and stressful time for all concerned, Rutter Green are here to ensure that the genuinely warm, friendly, but professional and focused approach we are able to offer will ensure a first rate, dedicated service and more importantly practical results, taking the stress away from you. So let's start with a chat over coffee (or tea if that is your preference) and maybe even a biscuit or two.

We aspire to do things differently because we believe it is the right thing to do - extended opening times, a homely and relaxed environment when you visit our premises, really getting to know you, your property and your property requirements and a willingness to go that little bit further in helping you sell, let or buy your home. We hope you like our vision too!

On top of all that we can also offer energy saving advice. We are fully qualified Energy Saving Consultants and can give tips on free and low cost ways to save energy as well as bigger projects, depending on your budget of course, which in turn will make your home more energy efficient and save you money. After all an energy efficient home is a great selling point!

And the icing on the cake is that selling or letting your property with Rutter Green will benefit a Wigan based charity 'The Brick Project' whose aim is to help and support people from the streets to independent living and to provide homeless and disadvantaged people with a dedicated place where they can recover whilst helping them integrate back into the community. They not only provide a safe haven, but also have a food bank, provide training and activities, have a Community Warehouse and lots more.

We will be making a donation to the charity for every property we sell or let and therefore you will also be helping those vulnerable people get the support they need and ultimately a place to live.
