I am delighted with the full bathroom purchased from Better Bathrooms, their prices were really competitive and the service prompt and very efficient. I had to report that the basin pedestal had been broken in transit. A replacement was sent by next day service and I was kept informed all the time about the status of my orders.

Oustanding customer service, exceptionally helpful
I phoned Better Bathrooms to buy a bathroom suite and as a result of the really helpful attitude of the person I was speaking to, (he went out of his way to research the prices of tiles they sold and sent me photos), and then instead of buying from from someone else I was able to purchase all the tiles I needed for a fraction of the price.
All the items I purchased were delivered very quickly - on a Sunday ! and there were no problems whatsoever. I was so impressed I wrote a letter to the MD of the company praising the salesperson and the company.
