Alex treated me earlier this year after I had been experiencing severe pain in my elbows and numbness in my hands at night which led to my sleep being very disturbed. Her initial examination was very thorough and professional. Alex provided treatment on 2 occasions and showed me exercises to carry out at home. Since then numbness in my hands at night has not recurred. If it were to, Alex has given me the appropriate exercises to relieve the trapped nerves which were the cause of my complaint. I would not hesitate to seek help from Alex in the future should the need arise and would recommend her without hesitation.

I had been suffering from a bad neck and shoulder for a while which was impacting on my sporty lifestyle; I had tried a physiotherapist and an osteopath with no luck. After seeing Alex I felt instantly better, she provided an intense treatment which got right to the cause of the problem and allowed me a much more extensive range of movement straight away. Alex was informative about the range of treatments she could offer, as well as what she was using and why. Alex understood the impact my particular sports were having on my body and gave me some helpful, very practical advice to try to prevent injury from reoccurring. I would highly recommend Alex's services and would use her again without hesitation.
