Outsourcing to South Africa, and using a cloud based dialler was never something that initially sprung to mind - with previous business success from an office phone and an excel spreadsheet! However, Dialacom were extremely supportive in providing us with all information required to see the logistics behind how our campaign would run. They were by far the cheapest on price, their agents were by far the most skilled, and their Dialler system was extremely simple to run into our UK office. There isn't a single feature we have needed that Dialacom can't do. We were taken to South Africa before being tied into any arrangement, we could self-pick our team, and work together to provide the most effective training plan. We have had full support through launching our campaign, and with the success this has seen our business double its number of UK based staff, and we are now preparing to grow the team of agents in South Africa.
