Martial arts classes from age 5.
Our aim is to encourage participation, build confidence and improve health and fitness. The Paca punch team will support each individual to set goals and achieve them. This will be done either through grading or via a member of the team monitoring progression.

Paca Punch has delivered a sound training program to men, women and children and have now produced some quality assistant instructors and fighters who are regularly at the fore front of the events that we participate in upholding the Paca Punch way.
