Withnell (PR6) based Counsellor-Psychotherapist, offering therapy to individuals, couples & families

Working short and longer term - with an honest and open approach, I provide a confidential, supportive and safe space - where people can discuss and explore their personal issues, their choices, their behaviours, their thoughts, their beliefs and feelings - without fear of judgement, reproach or discrimination.

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist my approach draws from both the Humanistic and Psychodynamic schools of thought in dealing with issues of change or acceptance. I draw on a number of approaches and styles of counselling to help clients explore and resolve their problems, and to achieve their goals and aspirations. These include Person-centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. People enter into counselling or psychotherapy for many different reasons – each person’s issues are unique, and so my focus is always on the individual and what they bring to the counselling room.

I also offer Skype and telephone sessions.
