In 2013, Westleigh High School achieved its best ever GCSE results with 79% of students achieving 5 A* - C grades, 79% including English and Mathematics.



The school has been a College of Technology for 14 years and as a result we have state of the art facilities. All classrooms have an interactive whiteboard and every faculty area has a class set of laptops.

Westleigh is led by a highly effective and dedicated Headteacher and is well placed to improve further. Strong leadership that encourages an ethos of co-operation has focused the school’s activities successfully on raising achievement and improving outcomes for students. This ethos ensures that staff are totally committed to what the school is trying to achieve and are proud to be members of it. It is resulting in quickly accelerating progress and rising attainment.
