Poor management and dreadful customer service

This company has contempt for its customers. It's poorly managed which will become a huge problem for customers who have issues with carpets. Thankfully my daughter and I did not go ahead with purchase to find out how poor this company's customer service really is. My recent and past experience of this company is negative. 4 years ago I called into the store to order hall stairs and landing carpet. The fitter was booked and never showed up. When I phoned the store they said the fitter called and no one answered . This was an absolute lie. I had been waiting on him. They booked another fitter to come out and he didn't show up. I ended up going elsewhere. Against my advise my daughter decided to give this company a chance. A fitter was booked and guess what the company hadn't changed the fitter didn't arrive and when I phoned the store they said the fitter called and no one answered. I told them that was a lie as my daughter was there sitting waiting . They gave me Brenda the man
