I have used the Millercare stores often. Paul & Ed at the Bolton store has been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They don't sell you the first item they come to, they go through all the different types of the item. I had a chair made for my mum, Paul went out measured mum for chair, looked at location where it was going and we spent a lot of time going through different variations that we could have for the chair specially designed the one that would suit mum best. BRILLIANT

I hope that this email will be adequate but, if you need me to write a letter I will. I just want to say that I have today taken delivery of my new wheelchair. ( I purchased it via your shop in Hazel Grove, Stockport. The shop advisor, Andy Howarth was excellent in the way he dealt with my nervous questions (it hasn't been easy for me to accept my having to use a wheelchair); he handled my questions with great sensitivity and care, adding his own experiential advice which, I made good use of, this transpired to be the correct advice. He is a true professional. So, in an age when people are all to quick to complain, I would like to 'buck the trend' and offer to huge debt of gratitude by way of this email. He is a great asset to Millercare Ltd.
