Calderstones Staff Party
Paul provided music / entertainment at our recent staff fancy dress party.
He arrived much earlier in the day at a mutually convenient time and ensured that the whole set was properly set up. He was there comfortably before the 7.30 start and spent time checking sound and lighting. Not only this but he made the effort to come along on fancy dress (full Womble costume) which he didn't have to do by any means but meant that he made an immediate impression, formed great relationships with the guests and really entered into the spirit of the event. The sound was excellent and the lighting amazing.
Paul's music was great - pitched really well for the event and for those attending. A range of modern, contemporary and nostalgic music. He even found some quite unusual tracks following requests; he could easily have shrugged his shoulders and said "Not got it!" but so keen was he to make the event a success that he sourced tracks such as the Knight Rider and Baywatch theme tunes!!!

Retirement Party
Paul is a true professional and takes care and pride in the service he provides. I cannot fault him in any way. I was having a joint 65th Birthday & Retirement Event in Southport and we were able to discuss the musical selection and those songs and dance classics that would fit in with the audience/guests/age groups present. Due to such careful advance planning, the dancing commenced from the first record and really never let up. I think the key here is that Paul loves and knows his music and therefore knows instinctively how to gauge what to play and when to play it. The songs played during the buffet had been carefully selected and not played at a deafening pitch, which can so easily ruin an evening. There needs to be a careful balance in volume levels so that folk can talk without bellowing, and Paul remained mindful of that requirement. My family and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending Alpha Discos to friends and colleagues, and indeed to anyone reading this review.

Hi Paul, Thank you so much for all your all your help in making Steves 60th birthday party a really memorable occasion. Not only was the music great, you were approachable, friendly and very supportive, doing everything possible to stop me worrying on the night. The communication before the party was very good and you really listened to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend you to anyone and will certainly contact you for our next party. Reliable DJ - Paul got the atmosphere going during our wedding celebration, and got everyone up dancing. Music choices were fantastic and i can genuinely recommend alpha mobile discos. Thanks Paul for helping to make our day a day to remember! Tracey
Joint Birthday Party
Paul Dj at mine and my friends joint 30th Birthday Party 80s Theme at the Grovsnor Ballroom in Wallasey, he was fantastic even turned up early which was brill, he's a really nice guy always replied straight away to my emails, really good service, great music and lights, it's was a fab night I'd recommend him to anyone.
