Total Coating Solutions provider of professional paint and coating surveys inspections and services to industries including oil gas and construction. We offer expert surveys reliable project management and informed impartial consultancy on all aspects of paint coatings insulation and intumescent fire protection. We can also commission and manage third-party inspectors on your behalf allowing us to handle large-scale projects.
We assist oil and gas operators assess the condition of their paint and coatings with reliable, professional surveys – both offshore and onshore. Working from your drawings (isometric, P&ID, structural etc) we will survey and photograph all the key areas of your installation, identify any areas of concern and indicate corrosion values based on the ‘Re’ scale.

With over 25 years experience of paints and coatings, in both inspection and production, plus proven skills in team management, we are ideally qualified to manage contracts on your behalf. Working either onshore or offshore, we will keep your contract running smoothly with a combination of expert technical oversight, efficient project management and diplomatic relationship-building.

We can commission third-party inspectors on your behalf and represent you throughout the contract period.

We have an extensive network of professional contacts within the oil and gas industry, allowing us to build a team of fully qualified inspectors to meet your needs precisely, including NACE Level III coating inspectors, ICorr level 2 insulation inspectors and Passive Fire Protection inspectors. This scalable team-building capability means that no assignment is too small or more importantly, too large.
