Brian Evans has over 40 years’ experience in the Construction Industry when in the earlier years employed as a site Quantity Surveyor for a major contractor to now acting as a Consultant dealing with construction contract disputes.
The experience he has gained has proved invaluable when guiding subcontractors and contractors through the difficult interpretation of the various construction contracts.
Over the years he has established his position acting as an expert witness on matters of quantum and defects having attended many tribunals when cross-examined by leading barristers.
The same experience has been employed to ensure his clients are paid in accordance with the terms of their contract and late payments have been quickly redressed.
