Excellent prices
I am really impressed with the service I received at Mini Moo, as well as the fantastic selection and excellent prices. The customer service is first rate! My wife and I ordered a pram, car seat, crib and dresser! The staff were well trained and even tried a number of car seats in our car for us. We will definitely recommend Mini Moo to anyone we know who is preparing for the arrival of a baby!
Truly personal service
is difficult enough to walk into a shop and get the help and attention you need. On arrival at Mini Moo we were greeted by polite staff who offered their help and showed us up to the pram showroom. This is when I noticed the nursery furniture showroom! I was so excited, I had been looking for this range and there it was! Lesley was very welcoming, made us a drink and sat down with us whilst we complied a list of what we wanted to order. She took us back
through to check that everything was there… It was the least stressful thing ever and I was not expecting that! Mini Moo provide a truly personal service, wether you are buying EVERYTHING like we were or buying a small gift for a newborn.
