Established by Karen Nolan in 2017, KN Psychotherapy and Wellbeing is a successful private practice based in Greater Manchester.
Karen is a BACP registered Psychotherapist. Specialising in childhood trauma and anxiety, Karen has also worked extensively with bereavement, loss and supporting people through workplace stress and career transition.
KN Psychotherapy and Wellbeing offers individual and group psychotherapy and personal development.
People start therapy for many different reasons, sometimes to come to terms with something painful in their past, often to make changes in the present. An initial telephone consultation with Karen will help you work out how therapy might help you.
The first consultation is free is takes around 40 minutes. After that, if you decide to begin therapy, fees start at £50 per 50 minute session.
