Back in 2018 I wanted to make a difference to the lives of those suffering with their mental health, so I signed up as a listening volunteer, since then I have become part of the training and mentoring team, helping to train up new volunteers to provide the listening service to callers in their hour of need, as well as continuing to do my original role of listening to this day.

It was from doing this that I felt that I needed to do more, so I since completed a Level 5 diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a Level 3 diploma Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and a Master Practitioner level in both Hypnotherapy & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), so that I could provide as many ways as possible to help others to overcome their pain and suffering.

In 2020 I embarked on a spiritual journey, I have always known about Reiki and occasionally had a Reiki treatment, however, It wasn't until I completed my Reiki 1 and 2 that I truly appreciated the power of this therapy and profound effect that this had physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am currently a Level 2 practitioner and embarking on completing my Master Level next year. Reiki has changed my life and my outlook and has enabled me to see the bigger picture. I find I can cope better with challenging situations in life such as my anxiety as it has given me a greater understanding.

I also hold qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling (Thermal Auricular Therapy), Reflexology, Cupping Therapy, Mindfulness Coaching, Meditation Teacher, and various forms of massages (such as Hot Stone and Swedish) all of which work well when combined with Reiki energy.
