Working from home, I've over 13 years experience of Nuad Thai, the Unesco recognised Traditional Thai massage sometimes referred to as 'Lazy Yoga' massage as you're massaged on a mattress pad on the floor.

A traditional Thai massage combines acupressure and stretching that relieves tension and manages pain especially in your shoulders, neck, back and the sciatic nerve; plus, eases tight joints and muscle stiffness.

You'll leave feeling good or, as they say in Thailand 'arom dee'!

The massage's performed through Thai-style massage pyjamas provided, or your own loose fitting clothing if preferred.

My hot oil deep tissue massage is particularly beneficial for athletes and runners but also for those suffering from aching joints when the temperatures drop...
