English, Maths and Dyslexia Tuition
The Kip McGrath programme is designed to support rapid and sustained progress in order to allow students of all ages to catch up and keep up. Sessions are 80 minutes long and include up to 15 individual computer and written activities. Every session includes 1:1 instruction time with a qualified teacher and individually set homework tasks. Tasks are designed to offer challenge at the correct level for each individual student and are marked immediately in order to give instant feedback. Regular progress reports are shared with parents and success is celebrated.
As a teacher who has taught for 24 years in St Helens, Knowsley and West Lancashire, I am proud to be the Director of the Kip McGrath Education Centre in St Helens. I am also extremely pleased that my centre has been licensed by Kip McGrath to offer specialist dyslexia support alongside and incorporating regular Kip McGrath programmes. This means that young people and schools have access to appropriate and effective dyslexia assessment and tuition at a warm and welcoming centre in the local area.
