The menu is thoroughly planned and researched by our head chef. In conjunction with our award winning butchers and master fishmongers, they pick the best of British and have created the perfect blend of casual and elegant dining. Categorised as modern British we are proud of where we're from and use locally sourced produce where possible, whilst taking influence from all over the world.
