I am an executive coach, business coach and life coach with a passion for helping people experience life to the full; personally and professionally. I work with a wide range of clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors from Accenture, NHS, British Airways, the University of Liverpool and Macmillan Cancer Support to individuals, business owners, executives, healthcare professionals and other coaches. I am based in Liverpool but thanks to the wonders of technology, I work with clients across the world through telephone or Skype coaching.

As an executive coach, I develop individuals within leadership positions. My executive coaching program encourages new ways of thinking and equips clients with a toolkit which helps them to tackle strategic and operational challenges in the workplace. I help executives and leaders to reconcile their strengths and weaknesses, so they can perform better, deliver stronger output and develop stronger connections with colleagues. The impact of executive coaching is far-reaching. In addition to improving productivity and performance, coaching builds their inner resilience and confidence.
