The company was excellent with the initial phone call. I tried to contact the lady that runs it to ask a few more questions. I got told by the man who answered the land line to contact her on the mobile number she initially called me on. I rang and no answer or answerphone message system so I text with my query and left my number. A few days later I rang again a few times through out the day with the same outcome of her not answering. I left it a couple of days and tried again and same thing happened. I did the same a few days later with the same outcome. I tried the landline number which went to answerphone so I left a message with the query again and my contact number and still haven't heard back. That was over a week ago and still no reply. My trust for this company has gone to 0 as what would happen if I needed advice when training and there is no answer of any of the numbers. Communication goes along way
Dog Grooming Course
Thoroughly enjoying this Level 3 Course. Tutors are committed to helping me achieve an excellent standard of grooming on each of the dogs which has given me the knowledge I need to complete the theory side of this course. A vibrant and sociable atmosphere yet professionally delivered throughout.
